Software Architecture & CI/CD Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a seasoned Software Architecture & CI/CD Engineer to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable build and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with product and embedded teams to translate requirements into architecture that supports high‑quality, reliable software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document system architecture using models such as C4, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Jenkins‑based CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Shared Libraries, Groovy, and configuration‑as‑code (JCasC).
• Integrate testing frameworks (Spock, CodeNarc) and enforce code quality standards.
• Develop and support Python tooling, including dependency management with Poetry and testing with Pytest.
• Collaborate with embedded Linux teams to ensure pipeline compatibility with target devices.
• Drive platform integration with Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory and IaC APIs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience in software architecture and CI/CD engineering.
• Strong background in Linux‑based embedded software development.
• Proven ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
