Social Media Strategist

About the role

Gold's Gym India is looking for a Social Media Strategist to shape and amplify its digital presence. You will create data‑driven social campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage fitness enthusiasts, and support lead‑generation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across all Gold’s Gym India platforms.
• Increase brand visibility with creative, on‑brand content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Design campaigns that drive both brand building and lead generation.
• Coordinate with design, gym, and operations teams to produce high‑quality original content.
• Maintain and update all company social media accounts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate buzz for new gym launches.
• Handle client communication, respond to queries, gather reviews, and host Q&A sessions.
• Engage fitness industry professionals to expand the brand’s network.
• Train internal teams on cohesive social media practices.
• Stay current with emerging digital technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a social media strategist or executive.
• Proven track record using social media for brand awareness.
• Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing processes.
• Excellent multitasking, written and verbal communication skills.
