Site Supervisor

About the role

Design Facade Systems is looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to manage daily on‑site activities for façade projects. You will ensure that work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while keeping the project on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive drawings, daily targets and work instructions from the project team.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, crane movements and material shifting.
• Prepare the site for work, including safety arrangements and material availability.
• Supervise façade installation works such as curtain wall, cladding, glazing and aluminium systems.
• Guide workers and subcontractors to follow specifications and approved drawings.
• Monitor quality, finishing standards and safety compliance on an ongoing basis.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer or Project Manager for resolution.
• Track daily material consumption, labour attendance, manpower deployment and project progress.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, weekly planning forms, POA and contractor progress documentation.
• Maintain all required site documentation (delivery challans, material submittals, inspection requests, permits, gate passes, etc.) and ensure timely coordination with clients, consultants and the project team.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong learning attitude, adaptability and willingness to take ownership.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience preferred; fresh graduates with the appropriate degree may also apply.
