Site Manager – Slope Stabilization

About the role

The Site Manager will lead the planning, execution, and supervision of slope stabilization and hill‑slope protection works. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise civil works such as soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion and retaining structures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against schedules and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Review drawings, method statements and technical documents before execution.
• Control manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractor performance on site.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain proper documentation, measurement, billing support and project records.
• Implement environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and risk management.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in slope stabilization and hill‑slope protection.
• Hands‑on experience with soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structures, retaining structures and related slope protection works.
• Proven experience managing site execution teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in project planning, monitoring, quality control and safety management.
