Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will supervise and execute slope stabilization and hill‑slope protection works, ensuring that all activities meet quality, safety and schedule requirements. You will work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and on‑site teams to deliver civil construction projects on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and execute slope stabilization works, including soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structures and retaining works.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, surveyors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures and environmental requirements.
• Verify measurements, quantities and material consumption on site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records and work logs.
• Track manpower, equipment utilization and material availability.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities and conduct site inspections.
• Support preparation of client reports, billing measurements and project documentation.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil construction projects.
• Hands‑on experience with slope stabilization and hill‑slope protection works.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities, verify quantities and execute projects.
• Capability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
