Site CMPC Coordinator

About the role

The Site CMPC Coordinator is responsible for developing, adapting, and overseeing construction methods on‑site to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role bridges technical design and practical execution, guaranteeing compliance with specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt construction methods to match project requirements, site conditions, and available resources.
• Select appropriate equipment, formwork, and techniques, ensuring technical feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
• Verify that all methods comply with design specifications, building codes, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor and adjust methods on‑site, addressing challenges, improving efficiency, and incorporating new technologies.
• Prepare and maintain method reports, drawing submission plans, and documentation in line with the project schedule and Quality Management System.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding construction methods.
• Participate in project review meetings, document decisions, and coordinate method adaptations across all phases.
• Promote safe construction practices and manage any non‑conformities.

• Strong technical expertise in construction methods and practical problem‑solving.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with method documentation and quality management processes.
• Attention to detail and capacity to propose cost‑effective improvements.
