Site CMPC Coordinator – Construction Methods Specialist

About the role

The Site CMPC Coordinator is responsible for developing, adapting, and overseeing construction methods on‑site, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications. This role bridges the gap between design intent and practical execution, continuously optimizing techniques to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt construction methods to suit project requirements, site conditions, and available resources.
• Select appropriate equipment, formwork, and techniques, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
• Verify that all methods comply with design specifications, building codes, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor on‑site implementation, adjust methods as needed, and document changes and lessons learned.
• Prepare and maintain method reports, drawing submission plans, and related documentation in accordance with the project schedule and quality management system.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding construction methods.
• Participate in project review meetings, resolve method‑related challenges, and record meeting minutes.
• Promote safe construction practices and address any non‑conformities promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction method development and on‑site coordination.
• Strong understanding of building codes, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to analyse site conditions, identify optimal techniques, and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and documentation.
