About the role
Provide first‑level technical support and customer assistance for IT incidents and service requests. Resolve common end‑user issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide L1 support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and printer issues.
- Manage password resets and account unlock requests.
- Log and update incidents in ITSM tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
- Follow standard operating procedures and SLA requirements.
Required profile
- Experience with Service Desk Operations, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook & Teams, and Active Directory basics.
- Proficiency in using ITSM tools, incident management, and providing customer support.
