Senior Vice President, Workplace Experience, Asia Pacific

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to shape the employee workplace experience across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a team of work experience leads, develop a strategic vision, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience for employees in all hubs and large‑scale locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional workplace experience team and define a scalable strategy aligned with Mastercard’s people agenda.
• Design and implement a framework for optimal workplace experiences, driving cultural transformation across hubs, centers, and remote sites.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to develop roadmaps, identify gaps, manage risks, and communicate priorities.
• Anchor initiatives in human‑centered design principles and industry best practices to deliver consistent, evolving employee experiences.
• Identify social, economic and governance issues affecting the workplace, present findings, and develop action plans for senior stakeholders.
• Stay current on diversity, inclusion, and ESG trends, integrating insights into regional strategies.
• Provide advisory support to regional leadership on workplace trends and employee experience decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in workplace experience, employee experience, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑disciplinary teams in complex, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving cultural and behavioral change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
