Senior Talent Acquisition Lead – Executive & Leadership Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to lead executive and leadership hiring across Paytm. This strategic partner role will define and execute talent acquisition strategies for senior leadership positions, ensuring top‑tier talent aligns with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business leaders and HR partners to drive executive hiring.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to anticipate challenges, identify talent trends and solve complex hiring problems.
• Optimize executive search processes to deliver a scalable, customer‑obsessed recruitment experience.
• Ensure confidentiality, manage SLAs and deliver an exceptional candidate and referee experience.
• Drive executive referrals through senior leader brand ambassadorship.
• Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards for executive hiring metrics.
• Lead a high‑performing talent acquisition team focused on executive search, maintaining metrics such as cost per hire and offer‑to‑join ratio.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on executive and leadership hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and HR business partners.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use market intelligence for strategic hiring decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and confidentiality skills.
• Graduation in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
