About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior State Head to lead sales and business growth across Lucknow and the wider Uttar Pradesh region. You will drive revenue, manage distributor networks, and build high‑performing field teams in the consumer durables sector.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (volume, value and mix) across multiple product categories.
- Appoint, develop and monitor distributors and sub‑dealers, ensuring compliance with stock, credit and ROI policies.
- Design and execute market working plans, conduct dealer visits, and identify white‑space opportunities for expansion.
- Lead ASM, DSE, RSE and Sales Executives, enforcing outlet coverage norms and coaching on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Coordinate local marketing activities such as dealer meets, cycle rallies, school events and in‑shop branding.
- Ensure right‑hand side product availability by working with supply‑chain and head‑office teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting using Sales Apps, SFA, Bizom or SAP and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- MBA/PGDM qualification.
- 8‑12 years of experience in consumer durables, kitchen or home appliances within Uttar Pradesh.
- Proven expertise in distribution and channel‑led sales models.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel at least 20 days per month, own a car and be able to drive.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate field sales teams.
