Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Analytics

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Analytics will lead data‑driven insights for compensation and benefits programs across IMG. Acting as the analytics subject‑matter expert, you will turn complex, multi‑market data into actionable recommendations that support talent retention and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tracking compensation, pay equity, and workforce trends.
• Analyze large datasets to generate predictive and trend analyses for Total Rewards programs.
• Identify and automate data‑preparation routines and analytical workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of external market surveys, including data collection, job matching, quality validation, and post‑survey analysis.
• Provide quantitative modeling and scenario analysis for salary structures, promotion guidelines, and off‑cycle adjustments.
• Support regional and corporate initiatives such as Recognition+, Performance+, pay‑equity assessments, and benefit‑plan cost reviews.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (typically 5+ years) in HR analytics, compensation, or benefits data analysis.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear executive summaries and visual reports.
• Proven track record of improving analytical processes and delivering data‑driven recommendations.

Required skills

• Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
