Senior Sourcing Analyst – Services Category Management

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Analyst will support the development and execution of category and sourcing activities aligned with Visa’s regional Services Category strategies. The role helps manage spend and supplier relationships while driving financial and business value across Professional, Legal, Corporate, and People services.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business drivers and align sourcing activities with Visa’s strategy and functional objectives.
• Develop and execute category strategies for Services categories, building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Plan and prioritize RFx activities, manage sourcing pipelines for new requirements and renewals, and deliver savings and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across the wider Sourcing team and share knowledge to improve ways of working.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience; CIPS or CPSM qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, including 4‑5 years in indirect or non‑IT procurement.
• 3+ years of strong experience in Professional Services and HR/People Services sourcing.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of RFx/tender processes, preferably using Ariba.
• Working knowledge of Ariba, Source‑to‑Contract, and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Experience with spend analytics tools to support sourcing decisions.
