Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between All Global (part of M3), our clients and internal teams. The role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of international healthcare market research projects, ensuring high‑quality data collection, on‑time delivery and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex, multi‑country market research projects from initiation to closure.
• Serve as the main communication point for clients, fieldwork partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and resource allocation, escalating issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 26362, ISO 27001 and other quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including advanced statistical and attitudinal techniques.
• Collaborate with analytics, recruitment and fieldwork teams to deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing international market research projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of fieldwork operations, data quality standards and project governance.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
