Senior Production Associate – Powders & Yogurt

About the role

The Senior Production Associate will lead the manufacturing of high‑quality powders and yogurt products, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company standards. This role combines hands‑on production oversight with coordination across maintenance, quality, and supply teams in a fast‑paced dairy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and process products daily according to specifications, minimizing downtime and product loss.
• Report any abnormalities to the Technical Assistant and coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running optimally.
• Ensure calibration of all instruments and adherence to SOPs, with special focus on critical control points (CCPs).
• Collaborate with the milk pre‑process section to secure consistent milk supply and quality.
• Maintain the highest hygiene standards in operating and packing areas.
• Log production, stock, shift hand‑overs, breakdowns, and deviations from quality or hygiene standards.
• Perform Clean‑in‑Place (CIP) procedures according to the established regime.
• Implement EMS and OSHAS policies and handle miscellaneous production activities as needed.

Required profile

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a food‑processing or dairy manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plant automation and safety interlocks.
• Ability to make technical decisions and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
