Senior Product Manager – Developer Infrastructure

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product for a developer‑infrastructure platform used by engineers every single day. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role: you’ll dive deep into the product surface, engage constantly with power users, and ship features that make complex observability workflows feel obvious.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end alerting experience, including rule creation, thresholds, anomaly detection, routing and notifications, reducing alert fatigue.
• Shape the application performance monitoring (APM) experience—service maps, latency/error/throughput views, and span analysis—to accelerate root‑cause investigation.
• Drive onboarding from sign‑up to first insight across language SDKs, collectors and frameworks, shortening time‑to‑first‑value.
• Define how alerts, APM, metrics, traces and logs are combined into a coherent investigation workflow.
• Refine the observability UX, focusing on query speed, sensible defaults, empty states and keyboard‑driven workflows for high‑cardinality, petabyte‑scale data.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with shipped products at a B2B company.
• Proven track record of building product‑centric, user‑experience‑led solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for power‑user experiences.
• Ability to drive initiatives from discovery through rollout and iteration.
• Strong technical fluency—comfortable reading API docs, reasoning about data and systems, and earning senior engineers’ respect.
• Excellent written communication for clear PRDs, trade‑off analyses and async collaboration.
• Comfortable thriving in a high‑ownership, fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
