Senior Paralegal – US Immigration

About the role

Envoy Global, a leading technology-driven immigration services provider, is expanding its Hyderabad office. We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with deep experience in U.S. business and corporate immigration to manage high‑volume employment‑based visa and green‑card cases.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand U.S. immigration requirements.
• Process a wide range of visas, including H‑1B, L‑1A/B, TN, EB‑1/2/3, H‑1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, work authorizations, AOS, and all phases of employment‑based green‑card petitions.
• Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates.
• Stay current on USCIS updates and changes to immigration law.
• Identify and drive process or system improvements in collaboration with technology and QA teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in employment‑based U.S. immigration, preferably in a high‑volume law‑firm environment.
• Hands‑on experience drafting complete H‑1B and green‑card petitions and preparing LCA filings.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Paralegal certification or a degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
