Senior Paralegal – US Immigration (Hyderabad)

About the role

Envoy Global is a fast‑growing technology company that streamlines US immigration for employers and individuals. As part of its continued expansion, the company is hiring Senior Immigration Paralegals for its Hyderabad office. The role focuses on US business and corporate immigration, handling employment‑based visa applications.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand US immigration requirements.
• Process a wide range of visas, including H‑1B, L‑1A/B, TN, EB‑1/2/3, H‑1B1, dependent cases, advance parole, work authorizations, AOS, and all phases of employment‑based green card processes.
• Maintain high accuracy while processing applications and keep detailed case records.
• Stay up‑to‑date with USCIS updates, industry changes, and immigration law amendments.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvement and collaborate with technology, QA, and development teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in employment‑based immigration, preferably in a high‑volume law firm.
• Hands‑on experience drafting end‑to‑end H‑1B and green card petitions and preparing LCA filings.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Paralegal certification or a degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
