Senior Manager - Procurement

About the role

The Senior Manager – Procurement will support the development and execution of procurement strategies across multiple categories, driving cost optimisation and supplier performance. The role involves leading sourcing activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with contracts and governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement strategy development and execution across categories.
• Lead sourcing, bidding, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and vendor management activities.
• Prepare client presentations, procurement reviews, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Support client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.
• Drive cost optimisation, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, performance reviews, and governance meetings.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and contract lifecycle management.
• Oversee procurement operations, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and process compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
• Support audits, procurement governance, and policy compliance.
• Act as a deputy to the Procurement Head as required.
