Senior Full-Stack Engineer (M/F/D)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will work closely with senior developers and the DevOps group to build, maintain, and improve scalable, secure, and responsive software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable web templates and components to accelerate team productivity.
• Enhance user experience by creating intuitive, responsive front‑end interfaces.
• Collaborate with DevOps to build, run, and automate CI/CD pipelines for front‑end and full‑stack applications.
• Ensure all development follows BASF compliance and security guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal development processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong product‑thinking mindset with a focus on delivering user value.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Front‑end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python, Java, RESTful APIs, microservices.
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes.
