Senior Faculty – Airports, Airline & Aviation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Faculty member to lead our Airports, Airline & Aviation training program at our Chennai campus. The role involves delivering expert instruction, creating high‑quality curriculum, and mentoring students to prepare them for careers in the aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, workshops and hands‑on sessions on airport operations, airline management and aviation fundamentals.
• Develop and continuously improve course materials, assessments and learning pathways.
• Mentor and guide students, monitoring their progress and providing feedback.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with current practices.
• Utilise educational technology platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of airports, airlines and aviation management with proven industry experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities for interactive teaching.
• Experience in curriculum design and assessment creation.
• Ability to inspire and mentor learners.
• Proficiency with training and education technology tools.
• Prior teaching experience in a college, university or professional training environment is preferred.
• Post‑graduate degree or certification in Aviation, Airline Management or a related field is highly advantageous.
