Senior Executive – Pharmacokinetics

About the role

Sun Pharma is seeking a Senior Executive in Pharmacokinetics to lead bioavailability and bioequivalence studies for oral and non‑oral products. The role involves designing studies, coordinating with CROs, and delivering robust PK analyses that support regulatory submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature searches and design BA/BE studies for various dosage forms.
• Review and provide PK input on study protocols, including pilot and pivotal studies for DCGI BE applications.
• Develop protocols for patient‑based BA/BE and pharmacodynamic endpoint studies for complex generics.
• Perform PK and statistical analysis of in‑vivo data using Phoenix Software.
• Utilize modeling and simulation tools to optimise study designs.
• Respond to regulatory queries related to PK analysis and study interpretation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree: M.Pharm or Pharm.D.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmacokinetics, BA/BE studies, or related pharmaceutical research.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phoenix Software for PK analysis.
• Experience using modeling and simulation tools.
• Strong statistical analysis capability for in‑vivo data.
