Senior Enterprise Solution Architect – Supply Planning & Manufacturing

About the role

Blue Yonder is seeking a senior enterprise solution architect to lead architecture across retail and supply‑chain domains, ensuring scalable, high‑performance solutions that integrate enterprise planning with store‑shelf planning.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end solution design, translating complex business requirements into integrated, high‑performing architectures.
• Lead business‑process analysis workshops and produce functional and technical designs for solution components.
• Act as a trusted retail‑domain advisor, recommending best practices and process optimisations.
• Present solution strategies and measurable outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Consulting, Pre‑Sales, Cloud and Support teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
• Support project planning by estimating scope, cost and integration complexity.
• Facilitate solution demos and integration discussions between Enterprise Planning and Store Shelf Planning systems.
• Identify incremental revenue and enhancement opportunities, building business cases for future product improvements.
• Mentor solution architects and consultants, promoting architectural consistency and capability growth.
• Champion standardisation through frameworks, templates and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• 17+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain planning, with at least 5 years focused on JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning.
• Deep functional and architectural expertise in demand planning, supply planning, MRP, production planning, order optimisation, inventory planning and S&OP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes across CPG, white‑goods, automotive, semiconductor, consumer electronics, metals and pharmaceuticals.
• Proven experience in solution estimation, architecture governance and end‑to‑end delivery leadership.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
