Senior Digital Experience Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Digital Experience Engineer you will lead the scaling and operationalisation of Nexthink as a core Digital Experience Intelligence platform within BASF’s global digital workplace. You will translate data and insights into measurable improvements for end‑users, IT operations and business outcomes, working closely with product owners, workplace engineering teams and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and prioritise Digital Employee Experience (DEX) use cases such as performance, stability, adoption, compliance and automation.
• Drive adoption and realisation of value from Nexthink across the enterprise.
• Translate business and user needs into actionable Nexthink solutions, including dashboards, campaigns, remote actions and automations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Management framework (XLAs, DEX KPIs).
• Partner with product owners to integrate Nexthink use cases into product and service backlogs.
• Design and implement scripts, PowerShell automations and Nexthink Remote Actions.
• Integrate Nexthink with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, chat‑bot solutions and other workplace tools.
• Perform end‑to‑end workplace analysis and coach teams on Nexthink best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise workplace/desktop management and modern digital workplace architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting and automation, preferably PowerShell.
• Proven expertise with the Nexthink Infinity Platform (dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, NQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows and macOS device management.
• Ability to translate technical insights into business‑relevant recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in Digital Employee Experience or Experience Management is a strong advantage.
