Senior Consultant – Enterprise Asset Management (Supply Chain)

About the role

EY Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to support clients across the Supply Chain & Operations domain. You will work on asset‑centric transformation projects, helping organisations optimise governance, lifecycle strategy, performance and digital enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EAM engagements for MENA‑region clients, translating business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement asset governance frameworks, ISO 55001 assessments, and ESG‑aligned performance models.
• Develop strategic asset management plans, TOTEX optimisation approaches and support investment‑planning activities.
• Deliver asset performance and reliability improvement initiatives, including maintenance and reliability engineering frameworks.
• Define data governance, AI readiness roadmaps and drive IoT, digital‑twin and BIM use cases for predictive asset insights.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management, asset‑intensive operations or related consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with EAM systems such as SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, Infor or Oracle.
• Knowledge of ISO 55001, ESG, risk‑based asset management and exposure to AI, analytics, IoT and digital twins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Willingness to travel onsite and work Sunday‑to‑Thursday to align with MENA client timings.
