Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology, TB & Rheumatology Programs

About the role

Jiv Daya Foundation is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead its Oncology, Tuberculosis and Rheumatology medicine access programs across Delhi NCR. The role is field‑oriented, requiring coordination with hospitals, patient counseling, and operational leadership of specialty medicine initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and visits to government hospitals, specialty centres, TB hospitals, oncology departments and rheumatology clinics to identify gaps in medicine access.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, administrators and healthcare staff on medicine utilization and patient support programs.
• Support donation and access programs for oncology medicines, TB medications and rheumatology biologics, monitoring usage, adherence and patient follow‑up.
• Manage procurement, inventory and vendor relationships for specialty medicines and consumables, ensuring proper storage, tracking and accountability.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly operational reports, maintain accurate inventory records and draft professional communications.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side‑effects and adherence strategies.

Required profile

• Based in Delhi NCR.
• Minimum 5 + years of relevant professional experience.
• B.Pharm with a Master’s degree (M.Pharm, MSc, MPH or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in oncology medicines, TB treatment programs, rheumatology/autoimmune therapies or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication, documentation and vendor coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across hospitals and healthcare centres in India.
