Senior Associate – Social Media Marketing (Digital)

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Social Media Marketing, you will help shape EY GDS's global employer brand across digital channels. You will design and execute data‑driven campaigns, build advocacy networks, and create compelling content to position EY GDS as an aspirational workplace and technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging SEM, paid media platforms, and social networks.
• Plan, launch, and optimise social and digital campaigns for assigned business verticals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report impact to guide future strategies.
• Maintain EY brand guidelines and ensure compliance with EY policies.
