Senior Architect I - DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced DevSecOps Architect to lead enterprise DevSecOps and platform engineering strategy across cloud‑native engineering teams. The role owns the design, governance, and evolution of secure, scalable, reusable platform capabilities that enable standardized self‑service delivery, improve developer productivity, and accelerate high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and govern enterprise DevSecOps and platform engineering strategy, including scalable platforms, reusable frameworks, golden paths, and self‑service enablement.
• Design and lead CI/CD ecosystems using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines to improve release reliability and traceability.
• Drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle, including workflow automation, policy‑as‑code, and DevSecOps metrics.
• Build cloud‑native infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, Argo CD, Karpenter, and Docker following GitOps operating models.
• Integrate security and compliance tools such as Fortify, GitHub Advanced Security, Secret Scanning, Black Duck, Dependabot, Kyverno, and Cilium into engineering platforms.
• Define observability and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, Tempo, Loki, and implement SRE processes for platform health monitoring.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cloud‑native architecture.
• Strong architectural thinking combined with hands‑on engineering depth and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and governance skills to drive adoption of standards and reusable platforms.
