Security Supervisor – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the security team at a large manufacturing plant in Kalwa, Navi Mumbai. You will ensure the safety of employees, protect valuable assets, and respond swiftly to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel, enforcing security protocols.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access‑control systems to detect and address breaches.
• Conduct regular security audits, patrols, and risk assessments across the factory premises.
• Verify employees, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Train staff on emergency procedures, incident handling, and safety measures.
• Liaise with law‑enforcement, fire departments, and emergency response teams as needed.
• Maintain records of security activities, attendance, and shift schedules.
• Oversee protection of equipment, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Support perimeter security upgrades and advanced alarm system implementation.

Required profile

• Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or ex‑serviceman of the Indian Army with 15+ years of experience.
• Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing security.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of EHS standards, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.
• Physical fitness and alertness for rapid threat response.
