Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our Indore office. The role focuses on improving the visibility and performance of multiple client websites through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on‑page SEO enhancements, including metadata, content structuring and internal linking.
• Perform regular SEO audits, identify technical issues and recommend fixes to improve site speed, mobile‑friendliness and indexability.
• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns, manage outreach and analyze backlink profiles.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Prepare clear, data‑rich reports and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and account managers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates, industry trends and emerging SEO technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an agency environment with a portfolio of successful SEO projects.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client projects.
