Scrum Master – Agile Coach (Hybrid, Chennai)

About the role

Quvia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in its Chennai office. The role blends servant‑leadership with data‑driven insights, leveraging AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery visibility. You will work in a fast‑growing, hybrid environment supporting cutting‑edge connectivity solutions for aviation, maritime and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and serve Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyse and report delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput and sprint predictability.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure effective backlog management and alignment.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance workflow visibility and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to drive Agile adoption in a startup or fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics‑driven delivery.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflow or analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in networking, aviation, maritime or satellite domains is advantageous.
