Scrum Master – Agile Coach for Digital Capabilities Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide and coach our GDB/DH Digital Capabilities Enablement teams in Hyderabad. You will help create a self‑managed, high‑performing environment while aligning product priorities with agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Teams and DevHub on Agile practices to achieve sustainable high performance.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritisation and alignment with organisational goals.
• Assess and raise agile maturity, driving continuous improvement across teams and the platform.
• Translate product priorities into clear team goals and actionable improvements.
• Reduce waste, limit unnecessary complexity and improve flow to focus on high‑impact work.
• Adapt agile practices to team context, ensuring pragmatism and effectiveness.
• Facilitate strong communication, collaboration and decision‑making across the platform.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the platform within agile or scaled frameworks.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to an agile roadmap.
• Enhance meeting effectiveness through purpose‑driven facilitation.
• Build a trusting environment for open challenge discussion and continuous learning.
• Help teams resolve impediments, blockers and conflicts autonomously.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Masters to share learnings and align practices.
• Support agile transformation at team and product‑family levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT or IT consulting.
• Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum, LESs, Kanban, SAFe) – preferred.
• Professional coaching certification – a plus.
• Certification in full‑stack tools such as GitHub – a plus.
