Salesforce Senior Specialist – Digitalization

About the role

We are looking for a senior Salesforce specialist to lead the digitalisation of our sales processes. Based in Hyderabad, you will design, develop and architect end‑to‑end solutions on the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, driving innovation and efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex data models and system architectures on Salesforce.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder.
• Create and manage Prompt Templates and Agents to enhance user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile (Scrum) environment using Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required profile

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field.
• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce developer and architect.
• Strong understanding of complex data models, system architecture and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
