Sales Officer – Professional Division

About the role

The Sales Officer will support Nestlé Professional’s market development across the Delhi‑Varanasi region. You will work closely with distributors and key business clients to drive product availability and growth in the HORECA and institutional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Map potential market institutions and HORECA channels and nurture relationships with key business clients.
• Set and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for each distributor in the region.
• Ensure product availability through distributor sales forces according to company guidelines.
• Develop the assigned area by adding new outlets and expanding market coverage.
• Manage distributor compliance, profitability, and overhead expenses while minimizing bad goods returns.
• Oversee execution of sales, discount and trading terms and track deliveries to consumers.
• Conduct performance evaluations of the secondary sales force and ensure they are properly trained.
• Provide accurate market intelligence reports on competitor activity, price changes and promotional support.
