About the role

The Sales Executive will design and customize travel packages, manage bookings and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel planning process. This role requires achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customize travel packages based on client requirements.
• Handle hotel bookings, transfers, visas, and holiday packages.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry, reservations, and booking documentation.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the booking process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Manage multiple bookings and customer requests efficiently.

Required profile

• Graduate; MBA candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Passion for travel and a customer‑focused approach.
