Sales Executive - Elevators and Escalators

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in elevators and escalators to join our team. The role focuses on driving sales and expanding market presence across Delhi‑NCR, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Mumbai, requiring proactive business development and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for elevators and escalators.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of elevators, escalators, and lift systems.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
