The Rooms Division Manager will lead the operational performance of the Rooms Division at Alila Diwa Goa, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting the expectations of employees and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Rooms Division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Ensure each department adheres to brand standards and hotel-specific procedures.
• Drive efficiency and quality improvements across the division.
• Collaborate with other hotel leaders to achieve overall property goals.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Front Office Manager.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
