Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance targets despite obstacles.
• Strong integrity, trust‑building, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication tailored to varied audiences.
