Retail Sales Executive – Crockery Store

About the role
The Convenience Store is seeking a Retail Sales Executive for its crockery department located in Eros City Square Mall, Gurugram. You will assist customers in selecting plates, dishes, cups and other tableware, explain product features, and handle sales at the counter and showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers in choosing suitable crockery and tableware products.
- Explain product materials, features and proper usage.
- Process sales transactions at the counter and showroom.
- Maintain organized product displays and ensure the showroom is tidy.
- Support basic stock movement and occasional kitchen/warehouse tasks.
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of retail or sales experience, preferably in crockery, kitchenware or showroom environments.
- Strong communication and convincing abilities to engage customers.
- Comfortable handling counter sales and interacting with shoppers.
- No English language requirement; candidates with basic education (10th grade or below) are welcome.
