Retail Associate

About the role

As a Retail Associate you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and reinforcing the adidas brand values. You will engage customers, promote product knowledge, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets.
• Deliver brand‑standard customer service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Utilise seasonal product knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish stock, and keep the sales floor fully represented.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Minimise loss on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Perform all store operations safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and pursue coaching opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
