Remote LLM Trainer – Agent Completion Data Generation

About the role

The Remote LLM Trainer will create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that simulate interactions between users and AI assistants equipped with function‑calling tools. These dialogues are used to fine‑tune and benchmark large language models for leading LLM companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn conversations that reflect realistic user‑assistant interactions using tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, including appropriate tool‑call simulations and corrections.
• Ensure logical flow, correct usage of function calls, and adherence to formatting and quality guidelines.
• Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Strong logical and technical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex tasks and model realistic assistant behavior.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience with APIs and function‑calling interfaces.
• Familiarity with JSON data formats.
