Relationship Manager – Saltlake

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring sales targets are met within Birla Sunlife Asset Management’s Saltlake operations. The role sits in a leading Indian fund house that manages over INR 1,40,000 crore in assets, operates across 150 locations and leverages technology and product innovation to serve more than 2.5 million customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Identify and acquire new relationships to expand the client base.
• Drive achievement of sales targets associated with managed relationships.
• Collaborate with a distribution network of IFAs, national distributors and banking partners to deliver investment solutions.
• Balance dynamic regulatory requirements with growth and profitability objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in relationship management or sales within the financial services sector.
• Understanding of asset management products such as equity, debt, hybrid and treasury funds.
