Relationship Manager – Retail Sales (Ajmer)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Retail Sales will drive retail sales growth, manage distributor relationships, and ensure compliance with reporting standards. Based in Ajmer, the role focuses on expanding the client base, increasing SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) numbers, and supporting financial intermediaries.

Key responsibilities

• Generate gross and net retail sales, achieving targeted SIP numbers.
• Identify and pitch new clients, liaise with channel partners, and profile distributors to secure ongoing business.
• Ensure the addition of targeted folios and new SIPs, maximizing investor acquisition.
• Identify and empanel IFAs/Banking partners, conduct regular meetings, and activate distributors.
• Disseminate product updates, organize trainings, and engage partners to meet SIP targets.
• Support IFAs in initiatives that expand their client base and increase investments.
• Maintain 100% compliance with internal reporting and audit systems, updating the sales portal with required information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze market information and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with distributors, IFAs, and internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
