Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales operations for Oswin Ply in the Vijayawada region, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base across dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strategic planning, market analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Expand the customer base by engaging dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
• Oversee and support the local sales team, providing coaching, performance tracking, and motivation.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, and report accurate sales forecasts.
• Nurture key client relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and coordinate with internal teams for deliveries and support.
• Organise local promotions, trade events, and brand‑building activities.
• Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

Required profile

• Strong regional sales management experience, including target setting, business development, and pipeline management.
• Proven relationship‑management skills with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
• Competence in market analysis, territory planning, and competitive benchmarking.
• Leadership abilities to mentor, track performance, and motivate sales teams.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Vijayawada and travel within the region.
