Recruitment Consultant – Technical & Non‑Technical

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of agency recruitment experience to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both technical and non‑technical recruitment and have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and deliver relevant profiles.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in agency/recruitment consultancy hiring (agency experience mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn recruitment/sourcing (advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented recruitment environment.
• Strong ownership, follow‑up, and negotiation skills.
