About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy meeting new people and have a knack for identifying potential through insightful questioning.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas for calls, emails, and candidate outreach.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High energy, passion for recruitment and a proven ability to meet targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
