Quantitative Research Manager – Data Processing & Analytics

About the role

The Advisors Research Center (ARC) at Mastercard is expanding its Global Facilities India team. We are looking for a Quantitative Research Manager who will own data processing and analytics workstreams for global quantitative studies, turning raw survey data into clean, analysis‑ready datasets and supporting insight development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantitative data processing and modelling across global and regional research projects.
• Advise on data structure, weighting approaches, and analytical feasibility for downstream research needs.
• Perform data preparation, cleaning, validation and transformation, applying QC frameworks and logic checks.
• Review in‑field and post‑field data to identify outliers, inconsistencies and logic issues, collaborating with fieldwork and scripting teams.
• Apply standard statistical techniques such as significance testing, weighting and normalization.
• Design and conduct advanced analyses (driver analysis, correspondence analysis, principal component analysis, TURF) as required by project specifications.

Required profile

• Strong ownership of data integrity and analytical judgment.
• Ability to proactively identify patterns, risks and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Experience working with quantitative research teams and delivering high‑quality analytical outputs.
