About the role
Godrej Enterprises Group is seeking fresh MBA graduates (Marketing) to join its Brand and Strategic Insights team. You will support the design and execution of quantitative research projects that uncover consumer attitudes and behaviours, helping shape brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and analyse quantitative research studies to capture consumer insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor trends and key performance indicators.
- Collect, organise and archive research reports and insights for cross‑functional use.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, strategy and analytics teams to align research with business objectives.
- Present findings through clear reports, presentations and visualisations tailored to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, validity and reliability across all research outputs.
- Stay informed on emerging research methodologies, tools and technologies.
- Assist in delivering digital masterclasses and design‑thinking workshops.
Required profile
- MBA (Marketing) graduate from a Tier‑1 institute with 0‑1 years of experience.
- Minimum 60% (First Class) in all academic qualifications (10th, 12th, UG, PG).
- No gaps in education; all courses completed within the stipulated duration.
