About the role

The Purchase Executive will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensuring the organization sources reliable vendors and receives goods and services on time and within budget.

This role involves close collaboration with finance and audit teams to maintain accurate purchasing records and support compliance.

The role also includes maintaining detailed procurement records and generating management information system (MIS) reports to provide visibility into purchasing activities. Ensuring compliance with audit standards and supporting finance during invoice verification are key aspects of the position.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and related procurement documentation.
  • Track order status and ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and purchase data.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Support audit requirements and documentation.
