Project Manager – Urban Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale urban development programmes for central and state government bodies as well as public sector undertakings. The role combines strategic planning, programme oversight and stakeholder coordination to deliver high‑impact urban initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage urban sector projects for Central Government, State Government, and PSUs.
• Develop strategy documents, vision plans and policy frameworks for urban initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards and deliverables are met.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams as a team lead across multiple assignments.
• Coordinate Program Management Units (PMUs) to drive implementation.
• Engage senior stakeholders for decision‑making, reporting and governance.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate project outcomes, preparing high‑quality reports and presentations.

Required profile

• MBA, PGDM, M.Plan, M.Tech or equivalent master’s degree.
• Proven experience leading urban sector projects for government or PSU clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience in strategy and vision development for urban initiatives.
• Exposure to PMU operations and large‑scale programme execution.
